Nothing ever seems to work for long

So I am back on Slackware because Gentoo died. Well Gentoo did not die but GNOME did and I worked on it for about two days with no success. So I now have a nice Slackware install with bootsplash and working dropline-gnome session working. I also have my mono install done, but I cannot find my "Programmers guide to c#" anywhere so I am having problems working through my mono book. I hope to find it soon that way I can get back to work. I have been thinking about starting my Lisp book again because I learn more about everything everytime I start working through it and I get furthor evertime, I have never got past page 140 in it and it is a 300 page book. Maybe that is what I need to do.

Life

Today was just another day at work. I did not really do much different. I did find out that the new MIS director does like Linux for the City of Lawton, so we might be able to get some Suse going on soon. Well I am going back to listening to the radio.
